# How to trigger notifications on scroll

> Show a notification after the visitor scrolls a certain percentage of the page.

Scroll-triggered notifications appear after a visitor scrolls down a certain percentage of the page. This ensures they are engaged with your content before seeing the offer.

## Steps

1. Open your notification settings
2. In the **Trigger** section, select **Scroll depth**
3. Set the percentage (e.g., 50%)
4. Save

## Recommended scroll depths

* **25%**: early trigger, good for urgent offers
* **50%**: balanced, visitor has seen half the page
* **75%**: deep engagement, good for "still looking?" messages

## Combining with URL targeting

Scroll triggers work well on long pages like your hotel's room detail page or blog posts. Combine with URL targeting to show the notification only on specific pages.
