# Why are my statistics not updating?

> Troubleshooting delayed or missing statistics in your dashboard.

## Statistics update delay

Statistics (impressions, clicks) are processed in near real-time. However, there may be a delay of up to 5 minutes between an event occurring on your website and it appearing in your dashboard.

## Zero impressions

If you see zero impressions:

1. Make sure the pixel is correctly installed ([check here](/help-center/troubleshooting/pixel-not-tracking))
2. Make sure the notification is enabled
3. Make sure the campaign is enabled
4. Open your website in an incognito window and verify the notification appears

## Historical data

Statistics are retained for the duration of your plan. If your plan expires, historical data is preserved but new events will not be tracked until you renew.
