# Create a property

> Add your hotel website as a property in TinyBell.

## What is a property?

A property represents one hotel website. Each property has its own pixel code, notifications, and statistics. If you manage multiple hotels, create one property per website.

## Create a new property

1. Go to **Hotels / Properties** in the sidebar.
2. Click **Add property**.
3. Enter a name (e.g. "Grand Hotel Barcelona").
4. Enter your website domain (e.g. `www.grandhotelbarcelona.com`).
5. Click **Create**.

<Info>
  When you sign up, TinyBell automatically creates a property called "My Hotel" with 6 template notifications. You can rename it and add your domain.
</Info>

## Property settings

| Setting      | Description                                                        |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Name** | Internal name for your reference. Guests don't see this. |
| **Domain** | Your hotel website URL. The pixel only works on this domain. |
| **Enabled** | Toggle to activate/deactivate all notifications for this property. |
| **Branding** | Optional. Add your hotel name and link to the notification footer. |

## Multiple properties

Each property is independent. You can:

* Use different notification designs per property.
* Track statistics separately.
* Manage them all from one dashboard.

<Warning>
  Your plan determines how many properties you can have. The Individual plan supports up to 3 properties. The Business plan supports 4 or more.
