TinyBell includes 6 hotel-specific templates ready to use:

How to use a template

  1. Go to Templates in the sidebar.
  2. Click Preview to see how the template looks.
  3. Click Use this template.
  4. Select the property where you want to add it.
  5. The template is cloned as a new notification in your property.
  6. Customize the text, colors, image, and button URL.
  7. Enable it.
Templates are starting points. Always customize the text and button URL to match your actual offer and booking page.

Auto-provisioned templates

When you create a TinyBell account, 6 template notifications are automatically added to your default property. They are disabled by default. Review them, customize the offers, and enable the ones that fit your strategy.

Customization tips

  • Change the image to match your hotel’s style and location.
  • Update the button URL to link directly to your booking engine or rate page.
  • Adjust the offer to reflect your actual discount or promotion.
  • Match your brand colors using the design settings.
