How to use a template
- Go to Templates in the sidebar.
- Click Preview to see how the template looks.
- Click Use this template.
- Select the property where you want to add it.
- The template is cloned as a new notification in your property.
- Customize the text, colors, image, and button URL.
- Enable it.
Templates are starting points. Always customize the text and button URL to match your actual offer and booking page.
Auto-provisioned templates
When you create a TinyBell account, 6 template notifications are automatically added to your default property. They are disabled by default. Review them, customize the offers, and enable the ones that fit your strategy.Customization tips
- Change the image to match your hotel’s style and location.
- Update the button URL to link directly to your booking engine or rate page.
- Adjust the offer to reflect your actual discount or promotion.
- Match your brand colors using the design settings.
