Your account page includes optional hotel information fields. Filling these out helps us understand your needs and provide better support.

Steps

  1. Go to Account settings
  2. Scroll to the Hotel information section
  3. Fill in:
    • Hotel name: the name of your property or chain
    • Number of hotels: how many properties you manage
    • Booking engine: which booking engine you use (Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Mirai, etc.)
  4. Click Save
