If your notification is enabled but not appearing on your website, check these common causes:

1. Is the pixel installed?

Open your website in a browser, right-click, and select View Page Source. Search for tinybell or pixel. If you do not find the pixel code, it is not installed. See Install Pixel.

2. Is the notification enabled?

Go to your TinyBell dashboard and check that the notification toggle is set to Enabled (green).

3. Is the campaign enabled?

The campaign (property) also has an enable/disable toggle. Make sure it is on.

4. Check targeting rules

Your notification may have targeting rules that exclude the current page. Check:
  • URL targeting: does the current page match?
  • Device targeting: are you testing on the right device?
  • Schedule: is the notification within its active dates/hours?

5. Check frequency

If you have already seen and closed the notification, it will not appear again in the same session. Try opening an incognito/private browser window.

6. Check your plan limits

If your plan has expired or you have exceeded your impression limit, notifications will stop showing. Check your plan status in the dashboard.
