TinyBell tracks three main metrics for each notification:

Impressions

An impression is counted every time a notification is displayed to a visitor. If the same visitor sees the notification twice (e.g., on two different pages), it counts as two impressions.

Clicks

A click is counted when a visitor clicks the call-to-action button on your notification. This typically means they clicked through to your booking engine or offer page.

Conversion rate

The conversion rate is calculated as: clicks / impressions x 100. A good conversion rate for hotel notifications is between 2% and 8%, depending on the offer and notification type.

Where to see stats

Go to Campaigns > select your property > click on any notification. You will see a chart with daily impressions, clicks, and conversion rate.
