How to cancel

  1. Go to your Account settings
  2. Find the Plan section
  3. Click Change plan or contact us at info@thetinybell.com

What happens when you cancel

  • Your notifications will stop showing when your current billing period ends
  • Your account and data are preserved (you can reactivate anytime)
  • Statistics and notification settings are not deleted

Downgrade to free plan

The free plan has zero impressions and zero notifications. It is effectively a paused state. Your account stays active and you can upgrade again at any time.

Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
