Statistics update delay

Statistics (impressions, clicks) are processed in near real-time. However, there may be a delay of up to 5 minutes between an event occurring on your website and it appearing in your dashboard.

Zero impressions

If you see zero impressions:
  1. Make sure the pixel is correctly installed (check here)
  2. Make sure the notification is enabled
  3. Make sure the campaign is enabled
  4. Open your website in an incognito window and verify the notification appears

Historical data

Statistics are retained for the duration of your plan. If your plan expires, historical data is preserved but new events will not be tracked until you renew.
